Notice is hereby given that Council Member Joyce Morgan will hold a noticed meeting on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. in City Council Conference Room A, 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, St. James Building Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Renew Arlington Compliance Grant funds distribution, and an abbreviated process for plan review for signs, fencing, and landscaping within the Renew Arlington Zoning Overlay area.
