Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s CIP Committee scheduled for Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing a TRUE Commission study of the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
