Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Legislative Tracking Committee on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL to discuss new legislative items introduced by the City Council at its meeting on March 8, 2016 and any other pending legislation of interest, including Ordinance 2016-168 (authorizing an Interlocal agreement among the Property Appraiser, Tax Collector and a third party vendor for identification of properties improperly claiming a homestead exemption), Ordinance 2016-159 (authorizing issuance of up to $50 million in Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority single family housing mortgage revenue bonds) and 2016-186 (authorizing the sale of up to $125 million in health care facilities revenue refunding bonds on behalf of Mayo Clinic Jacksonville).
