MEDIA RELEASE City Council Member- Elect Reggie Gaffney, JR. - To Be Sworn in District 7 Jacksonville City Council

November 16, 2022

JACKSONVILLE, FL., (November 15, 2022) – The Jacksonville City Council President Terrance Freeman has scheduled the swearing in ceremony for City Council Member‐Elect – Reggie Gaffney, Jr. to be sworn into office. The swearing‐in ceremony is scheduled for Monday, November 21, 2022, at 9:30am and will be held at City Hall at St. James Building, City Council Chambers, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Fl.

City Council Member‐Elect Gaffney, Jr. will serve as representative of City Council District 7 until June 30, 2023. While serving he will be a member of the Neighborhoods, Community Services, Public Health & Safety (NCSPHS) Committee and the Transportation, Energy & Utilities (TEU) Committee. He will also serve as the City Council liaison to the Public Service Grants Committee.
