Committee Duties: The purpose of this committee is to make recommendations on treatment and funding levels for funding opioid programs not otherwise funded by City. The committee will review and assess the annual needs of the City as to opioid addiction; Recommend programs for award of grants; Participate in on-site evaluations of recipient programs; Attend meetings related to ethics, public records and open meetings laws; Recommend awards and the allocation of annual lump sum appropriations
