iCloud Go Live Date Update
August 20, 2019
The 1Cloud project team has been hard at work to prepare for the new Oracle system go-live of October 1. Based on our go-live readiness review, the team has determined that—in the best interest of the project and all involved—the go live will be rescheduled. The project management team will provide a detailed schedule update by September 12 which will include a new go-live date. This is being done to ensure the best user experience for all who will be using the new 1Cloud system.
For COJ Employees
You will continue to use legacy systems (including FAMIS, BPREP and JaxPro) into fiscal year 2020. After the project team has determined the new go-live date, additional communications will be sent with further details. All 2019 year-end closing activities will take place as currently scheduled and will be conducted in legacy systems.
For Suppliers, Vendors, Contractors and Consultants
Please continue to register in the 1Cloud Supplier Portal. You will also continue to use JaxPro as normal until you receive information regarding the new go-live date.
If you have questions or need assistance to register as a City of Jacksonville supplier, please contact us at SupplierRegistration@coj.net or (904) 255-8800.
Thank you for your continued support and participation in the 1Cloud project. Please look for additional communications regarding the revised go-live schedule.
