The Retirement System Pension Office administers the General Employees Pension Plan (GEPP) and the Corrections Officers Pension Plan (COPP). The office processes members' requests and retirement information, as well as services for all existing retirees.

2021 LIMITED RETIREMENT OPTION (LRO) FOR JEA EMPLOYEES
The timeframe for COJ CITY and JHA employees to elect the LRO is April 1, 2021 until May 31, 2021. May 31, 2021 is the DEADLINE for City and JHA employees so do not delay if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity!
The timeframe for JEA employees to elect the LRO is May 1, 2021 until June 30, 2021. June 30, 2021 is the DEADLINE for JEA employees so do not delay if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity!
Use the pension portal (link below) to login and make your LRO election during the window.

This site will be used going forward to interact with employees regarding pension matters including pension committee elections and information about pension benefits. All pensioners call also sign-up for access to information about their pension benefits using this site.
Please carefully follow the instructions when logging in for the first time.
The Pension Office will not be suspending pensions during the current period if you fail to provide a notarized affidavit.
Please return your signed affidavit (not notarized) with a current identification with address and we will accept it. We will also accept a copy of a letter showing your name and current address. And we will continue to accept notarized forms as well.
Signed affiidavits can be scanned and e-mailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to our office.
WE NOW HAVE AN UPDATED SPD FOR THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES PENSION PLAN
The Board recently approved an updated version of the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the General Employees Pension Plan. This document provides an easy to understand description of the Plan rules and provisions.
An updated SPD for the Corrections Officers Pension Plan is in progress and will be published here when approved.
