The Infill Development Incentive Program is designed to further the affordable housing goals of the City. The program will provide up to $50,000 in grant funds and up to 80% of total project costs in loan funds for eligible projects. Properties must be located in a low-moderate income census block or tract located in the City of Jacksonville, Duval County. The City has appropriated $687,849.88 in funding to establish the Infill Development Incentive Program and all completed applications will receive funds on a first come, first serve basis as long as funding allows.
The Infill Development Incentive Program will be broken out into two separate applications, a Grant application and a Loan application. Please see the Application Instructions below for full program details.
Each applicant must indicate within the Grant application if the completion of the project is dependent upon receiving a loan through the Infill Development Incentive Program.
The window to accept applications is now closed.
