McGirts Creek Park Expansion consists of 166 acres (Dunnam parcel), purchased on October 31, 2002 for $954,866, 20 acres (Reaves Parcel), purchased on August 29, 2003 for $366,225 and 76 acres (Point South Ventures Parcel), purchased on September 24, 2003 for $837,029. All properties have been purchased by the City of Jacksonville. On September 14, 2004, Tree Hill donated two parcels totaling approximately 164.09 acres to the City of Jacksonville.
