The City of Jacksonville as Grantee, along with the Social Services Division (Administrative Agency) and the Ryan White Part A Office, works to ensure that low-income people in the Jacksonville Transitional Grant Area (TGA) receive the care and support services they need to fight HIV. The Jacksonville TGA includes the counties of Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns.
The City of Jacksonville Ryan White Part A administrative staff, in partnership with the Metropolitan Jacksonville Area HIV Health Services Planning Council, and the Florida Department of Health offices in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties, coordinates the delivery of these services to over 5,600 people living with HIV, and their families.
