PROGRAMMER ANALYST - Information Systems Division
Database Management
Nature of Work
This is professional, advanced technical and analytical work in development and maintenance of information system software. Duties include all aspects of system development and support, concentrating on technically complex tasks which include system and business analysis, planning, design, software development, testing, implementation and post implementation support. Must be capable of assuming total responsibility for assigned systems.
Minimum Qualifications

4 years’ experience in IT, MIS, computer science, evidencing competency in programming, computer systems program design, and systems analysis; or
-
Associate’s degree plus 2 years of directly related programming experience in IT, MIS, computer science, evidencing competency in computer systems program design and systems analysis; or
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, computer science, engineering, computer systems programming, program design and systems analysis, or related field; or
-
An equivalent combination of training, education and/or experience.
Position Specific Requirements:

Highly proficient in SQL Server, SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, Crystal Reports, Windows 7

Crystal Reports letter and report writing

Data analysis and query writing
-
Batch scripting using T-SQL, SSIS, or command line.

Database programming including stored procedures, functions, and views
-
Relational database schema interpretation (~300 tables)

Vendor application troubleshooting and end user support
-
Job processing, monitoring, and printing
-
Understanding of how to consume web services in a web application (WebAPI/REST or SOAP)
Highly desirable skills and qualifications:

Business Intelligence

Source and production control knowledge

SQL Server Agent Job Scheduler knowledge

Experience in Virtual Machine environment

Knowledge of Object Oriented development and the Software Development Lifecycle

Knowledge of property and real estate systems a plus
