City Service Requests

This chart shows the number of service requests that come into the City per fiscal year. The county map is broken down by Zip code. Service requests can be filtered by requests received, completed and currently active. 
 

  • Change the metric displayed by selecting the appropriate radio button for requests received, completed, or currently active.
  • Mouse over the Zip code areas on the map to see a pop-up with details for that Zip code.
  • Clicking on the Zip code area will limit the service request data to that Zip code.  To clear your selection, click anywhere on the map outside of Duval County lines.
