Ian P. Gregorchik joined the Office of the General Counsel in August 2022 and serves as Assistant General Counsel to the Duval County Public Schools. Mr. Gregorchik graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida in 2015. He then continued his education at Florida International University College of Law earning a Juris Doctor and placing on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years. During law school, Mr. Gregorchik participated in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic, where he provided transactional legal assistance (trademark applications, contract preparation, and entity formation) to small business owners in the greater Miami area. Mr. Gregorchik was also a volunteer with the Florida Department of Transportation and a student member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Gregorchik is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Counties. Outside of the office, he enjoys kayaking, fishing, and rooting for the Gators.
