Mayor Curry and Family Host Holiday at St. James

In conjunction with First Wednesday Art Walk, Jacksonville residents and visitors are invited to join Mayor and Mrs. Lenny Curry, along with their children, for the 4th annual Holiday at St. James on Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 5 – 8 p.m. The event will take place in Hemming Park and City Hall at St. James. 
“Christmas is such a special time for my family,” said Mayor Lenny Curry. “There are so many fun, free and exciting holiday activities being hosted across the city for citizens to enjoy.”
This free event will feature holiday crafts and activities, a scavenger hunt, entertainment and more inside City Hall. Additionally, Mrs. Curry will read Minions: Snow Day to families at 6:15 p.m. in the City Hall Atrium which will be followed by the lighting of the St. James Holiday Tree by the Curry family at 7 p.m. in Hemming Park.
 
Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet Mayor Curry and his senior staff while touring the executive office. City Council Chambers will also be open to the public.
