ArtWalk:  Salute to Service

Hemming Park joins Downtown Vision’s “Salute to Service” ArtWalk on Wednesday, November 6th.  Enjoy live music on our main stage and local craft beer from Veterans United Craft Brewery at the Hemming Park bar.
 
Desfile Puertorriqueño de Jacksonville
Saturday, November 9 at 12 p.m.
 
Visit Hemming Park for the annual Puerto Rican parade and celebration, hosted by the Hispanic and Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce,  from noon until 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 9th. Enjoy music, food and free admission.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s 
Saturday, November 16 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
 
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Lead the way to Alzheimer's first survivor. Sign up today at act.alz.org/jacksonville.

Saturday, November 16 - Skyway runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 
Take a free ride on the Jacksonville Transit Authority SkyWay to visit MOCA Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Public Library and Hemming Park. 
 
Save the Date:  Holidays in Hemming
Saturday, December 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
Celebrate the holidays with a full day of family-friendly fun in Hemming Park, sponsored by Community First Credit Union. Shop with local artisans and dine with the best of Jacksonville's food trucks; enjoy music and dance performances and free photos with Santa! Children's activities; leashed pets are welcome.
