The Jacksonville Human Rights Commission will host “An Evening with Mark Schlakman: All Human Rights are Local” in observance of Human Rights Day. Mark R. Schlakman, J.D. will share his experiences as a member of a U.S. Delegation that traveled to Geneva to speak before the United Nations Human Rights Commission.
