Public meeting. Collective bargaining negotiations between the City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Supervisors Association (JSA).

The City of Jacksonville, in partnership with Daily’s, will announce the launch of an underage vaping public awareness campaign. The goal of this campaign is to educate middle and high school students about the increasing dangers vaping poses to teens-- what Surgeon General Jerome Adams describes as “an epidemic.”

The City of Jacksonville invites you to a Design Public Information Meeting regarding Old Middleburg Road from Argyle Forest Blvd. to 103rd Street. The meeting will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Hillcrest Baptist Church, 7673 Collins Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32244.

The City of Jacksonville will be hosting a tree planting on December 19^th at 1:30 p.m. to honor Jean Sagin Montney; known as the Lady of the Trees for her tree planting and beatification efforts throughout our City.

FREE to the public. Food is first come, first served.

In partnership with FarmShare, Jacksonville City Councilmember Ju’Coby Pittman and State Representative Kimberly Daniels will host a free food distribution. Farm Share’s mission is to alleviate hunger and fight poverty by recovering and distributing healthy and nutritious fruits, vegetables, proteins and other non-perishable food to Florida families, children, seniors and individuals in need.
