The City of Jacksonville, in partnership with Daily’s, will announce the launch of an underage vaping public awareness campaign. The goal of this campaign is to educate middle and high school students about the increasing dangers vaping poses to teens-- what Surgeon General Jerome Adams describes as “an epidemic.”
