Please note that failure to comply in a timely manner could prevent such information from being used for the current year, and may be objected to and ruled inadmissible if presented in a Value Adjustment Board hearing or judicial proceeding. See Higgs v. Good, 813 So. 2d 178 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002).

If you recently sold or acquired the property, please complete the form for the period of ownership.

If the property is owner-occupied, and thus has no income, merely note “owner-occupied” on the form and submit it via the contact information below.

You may also submit a profit and loss statement and/or rent roll instead of completing the form. If there are any other factors that affect the market value of your property, please bring these to our attention as well.
