Trisha Dawood Bowles joined the Office of General Counsel in January 2020.  Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Attorney Bowles was the Director of Compliance & Operations at Seaside School Consortium.  Ms. Bowles has also worked with private companies working in management and legal counsel positions.  Her background includes experience in medical practice management, health care risk management, and medical malpractice claims.  

Prior to working in the legal-medical arena, Ms. Bowles worked at Florida Coastal School of Law as a professor of lawyering process, and prior to that as an academic success counselor.  Her early legal career began as a prosecutor with the Fourth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office in Duval and Nassau counties, and after that with the Florida Department of Health's Prosecution Services Unit.

Ms. Bowles received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1995.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from University of Denver in 1999.

Ms. Bowles is a member of the Florida Bar.
