Mayor Alvin Brown will join Councilman Reggie Brown, HUD Jacksonville Director of Community Planning and Development Gary Causey and community stakeholders on April 21 for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the re-opening of the Lincoln Villa Senior Center, and to kick off local efforts recognizing National Community Development (NCD) Week, April 21 – 26.
