Mr. Di Pierri
is a firefighter engineer with the city of Jacksonville where he works within the Fire Prevention in the Plans Review Office. He promotes fire safety education and is the Hispanic advocate for the fire prevention office for the community. He has worked on several volunteer projects and has assisted many partners in helping to break the language barrier and others deterrents within the Hispanic and Latino community. He has volunteer working within the court system and with law enforcement to assist in communication translation incidents. His dedication and volunteer service made Mr. Di Pierre a Shining Start Recipient in the city of Palatka
