Water Street Garage
The Water Street Garage is located at 541 Water St., between Broad and Pearl streets. Hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Water Street Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as the Jacksonville Landing, 550 Building, the Federal Building, and the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts. Parking is covered and security is on duty Monday through Friday, 6am - midnight.

Ed Ball Building Garage
The Ed Ball Building Garage is located at 214 N. Hogan St. near the intersection of Monroe and Julia streets. Hours of operation are from 7:15 am. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Ed Ball Building Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as City Hall, the new County Courthouse, and the Hemming Plaza area.

Yates Building Garage
The Yates Building Garage is located at 200 East Adams St. Hours of operation are from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Yates Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as the Florida Theater, the Duval County Courthouse, the Duval County Tax Collector and the Duval County Property Appraiser's Office.

Courthouse West Lot
The Courthouse West Lot is located at 300 East Courthouse Drive, one block east of the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, and provides hourly parking for customers. Hours of operation are from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Shuttle Lot Sports Complex
Commuters can park in the Shuttle Lot near the Sports Complex for a small monthly fee. Our trolley service is provided by the JTA and is free for our monthly parkers at this lot who need to travel in the downtown area.
