On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, Mayor Lenny Curry will approve a lease agreement between the City of Jacksonville and POW/MIA Memorial Inc.

The 16th Annual Marine & Navy FMF Corpsmen Memorial will be on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at Evergreen Cemetery. This event is dedicated by Marines and Navy FMF Corpsmen of the Semper Fidelis Society. 

The 3rd annual Military Spouse Night Out presented by VyStar Credit Union will be on Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at the Veterans Memorial Arena. Military Spouse Night Out is for military spouses all over the greater Jacksonville area to come and enjoy themselves, be pampered, and hopefully leave with lasting memories!

There will be a memorial service commemorating the USS Stark on May 17th at Memorial Park on Naval Station Mayport. May 17th, 2018 will be the 31st anniversary of the Stark missile attack. 
 

On Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., there will be a free concert featuring Navy Band Southeast at Memorial Park.
