Volunteers for the Disabled Parking Enforcement Program are FDLE certified to issue parking citations in the City of Jacksonville. Auxiliary parking enforcement members will have identification indicating their position as a volunteer with the City of Jacksonville.
Volunteers must pass a background check and have permission from their physician to participate in the program.
Applicants can apply by downloading the following application materials and submitting them to Disabled Services. Your application will be kept on file and you will be notified when screening for the next class. If you have any questions please call the Disabled Services Division at (904) 630-4940.
