The Development Services Review Group handles all of the activities that the former Development Management Group did including:

• Construction Plans for Site Development
• Major Utility Review
• Platting (Subdivision of Land)
• Acceptance/dedication of subdivision infrastructure
• Paving and drainage as-built review
• Floodplain management
• Right of way permitting
• Major Utility Review
• Master Storm Water Management Plan
• Maintain the Land Development Procedures Manual (LDPM)
• Management of City Standard Details & Specifications
• To Track the Review of Construction Plans for Site Development
