The street festival, which spans from Liberty to Market streets, begins at 6 p.m. and will celebrate the first regular season game against the Tennessee Titans to be played on Sunday, Sept. 11 at EverBank Field.

"Read It Forward Jax" is a reading initiative aimed at raising the literacy rate for students throughout Duval County. The project involves partnerships between the Duval County School Board, the City of Jacksonville and business and community leaders to help teach Jacksonville's children about the importance of reading.
