The City of Jacksonville's Building Inspection Division has a new permitting system that has the latest statistical information for permit activity. The Website to access this new system is http://buildinginspections.coj.net and the link is the last item in the left margin named Reports. Any historical permitting statistical information can be accessed as outline below.

The following are Building Inspection statistical reports, which contain total permits processed by the City of Jacksonville's Building Inspection Division during the past 12 months. The permit types are specified in the reports' left-hand column.

The reports are divided into four main categories:
1. Residential construction - new
2. Residential construction - existing
3. Non-residential construction - new
4. Non-residential construction - existing
