This is an event were girls ages 15-18 get the opportunity to learn about how to become an entrepreneur, teamwork and other skills to help them be successful.
It is designed to encourage financial literacy and help girls learn about starting businesses and managing personal finances through interactive games and hands-on activities. We use successful local business women as conference facilitators/mentors to share their ideas and experiences with the participants.
