Music Video Filmed in Downtown Jacksonville

On May 9, 2011, national recording band, Theory of a Deadman, filmed a music video in Downtown Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Actor Donal Logue (Blade, The Patriot and Zodiac) was featured in the video along with the band members. The video will air on MTV this summer.
The two-day production had an estimated economic impact of approximately $30,000, which included hiring local crew, hotel room bookings, car rentals, catering, props and wardrobe purchases, etc. Besides permitting the project on city property, the JEDC Film Office assisted the Los Angeles based production company in hiring local skilled professionals and identifying area resources.
