Spay Jax is a free spay and neuter program funded by the City of Jacksonville in partnership with First Coast No More Homeless Pets.
 

The City’s animal shelter, Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS) has maintained status as a no-kill shelter since 2014. With a full-time staff of 52 veterinarians, technicians, trainers, and administrative personnel, ACPS is able to offer a multitude of services including vaccinations, spaying and neutering, and more.
 

The City of Jacksonville Environmental Quality Division reminds Duval County residents that the end of Daylight Saving Time also means it’s time to reset the timer on irrigation controllers.
