This page provides ongoing information about the proposed Bayard Master Plan, which is scheduled for completion Sept. 30, 2007.  This plan will address a multitude of land use issues, as well as proving strategies and recommendations that can be put into action.

As part of the Master Plan process, the Planning and Development Department and Prosser Hallock, Inc., the selected consultant, will hold several public meetings to discuss this evolving Master Plan.  Below is information concerning the Bayard Master Plan.
