Topic: How the law impacts preservation and maintenance of cemeteries and review of the report of the Florida State Task Force on Abandoned and Neglected Cemeteries. Commission meetings will be held in the meeting room at the offices of JCCI (Jacksonville Community Council, Inc.), 2434 Atlantic Boulevard (across from Bishop Kenny High School) each Wednesday from 8:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. from September 12 through November 7, 2007. Free parking is available behind the JCCI building and all interested parties are invited to attend.
