Mayor John Peyton, City Council member Daniel Davis, City Council member Ray Holt and the City of Jacksonville’s Department of Recreation and Community Services (JaxParks) will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the first phase of a network of new multi-use trails.
