City Council Ad Hoc Financial Impact Statement Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Ad Hoc Financial Impact Statement Committee (convened pursuant to Section 18.05, City Charter) will meet on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. in City Council Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. The meeting is to discuss the preparation of the mandatory Financial Impact Statement regarding the referendum to amend the City Charter to move the City elections from the spring to the fall. The Ad Hoc Committee consists of Council Auditor Kirk Sherman (Chair), Council President Richard Clark, Chief Financial Officer Mickey Miller, OGC attorney Peggy Sidman, and Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland. All interested persons are invited to attend.
