City Council Ad Hoc Financial Impact Statement Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Ad Hoc Committee on Referendum Fiscal Impact Statement (convened pursuant to Section 18.05, City Charter) will meet on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, at 2:30 pm in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. The meeting is for the purpose of developing the mandatory estimate of fiscal impact of the movement of City elections from spring to fall as proposed by Ordinance 2010-340. The Ad Hoc Committee consists of Council Auditor Kirk Sherman (Chair), Council Member Richard Clark, Chief Financial Officer Mickey Miller, OGC attorney Peggy Sidman, and a fifth member to be selected by the other four committee members. All interested persons are invited to attend.
