Notice is hereby given that the Finance Chair, Nick Howland, will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chamber, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor, St. James Building, on the dates noted below to discuss the 2023-2024 Budget. Each of the meetings are scheduled as follows from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are anticipated to have a 1-hour break for lunch:
• Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 11, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 18, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 25, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Specific hearing dates and times for departments are attached. Please mark your calendar accordingly. All interested parties are invited to attend.
