Wilson, President of the Jacksonville City Council hereby reschedules (LUZ) and cancels (NCSPHS and TEU) the Standing Agenda and Standing Committee Meetings of the Council, pursuant to Council Rule 4.102, and Declarations of Emergency due to Hurricane Dorian (City of Jacksonville Emergency Executive Proclamation 19—001); and the State of Florida Executive Order).
