Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Bishop will meet with Council Member Jack Webb, on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, City Council Offices, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall at St James Bldg to discuss the possibility of drafting legislation that would develop a master connection contract to reduce the costs to the individual homeowners affected by septic tank phase out projects. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
