The Jacksonville Public Library will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Willowbranch Branch Library with activities for all ages. Jacksonville City Councilman Michael Corrigan will serve as the note speaker for the program commemorating the opening of the library in 1930 and its importance to the community.
