This meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are welcome.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 674.206, Ordinance Code, the Honorable Donna Deegan,
Mayor of the City of Jacksonville, has requested that the Jacksonville City Council convene in a Special
Meeting. Mayor Deegan will address the City Council Monday, August 28, 2023, at 1 :00 p.m. in the

The purpose of the workshop is for City Council Members and the Office of General Counsel to discuss the Council’s request for a State Ethics Commission Opinion.

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of  August 28, 2023 - September 1, 2023. The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
