The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Senate Bill 80 regarding the attorney’s fees provision in the Public Records Act, review the Strategic Plan of the Legislative Committee for 2017, and discuss potential revisions to Parts IV and XI of the Jacksonville Ethics Code.

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Ethics Commission will meet Monday, February 13, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the Don Davis room on the first floor of City Hall.  This is the regular monthly meeting of the Ethics Commission.  During its meeting, the Ethics Commission will discuss various matters, including Resolution 2017-85, public comment and participation during City Council meetings, and recommended changes to the Ethics Commission Complaint Procedures.
