*Please be advised that all purchases below are made in accordance with Ch 126.206 and 126.312 of the Procurement Code which requires sole source and proprietary justification and a seven day posting period. In addition, sole source and proprietary purchases over the applicable formal threshold require further approval by the appropriate awards committee. Further documentation showing compliance with these procedures is available upon request.
