Cart Size  All ADS/SWS residential customers will receive a 96-gallon, wheeled cart. After the 60-day trial period, customers may request a smaller, 64-gallon cart.  A one time swap will be made free of charge all other changes will incur a fee. 

Additional Carts  Residents that require more than one recycle cart may purchase additional carts for $65 each.  Additional carts may be ordered online at or call 630-CITY (2489).  Recycling overflow will not be collected if it is not in an automated recycling service cart.

Spillage from Carts  To prevent spillage, all recycling materials should fit in the cart with the lid fully closed.  If debris is left behind due to improper containment, it will be the resident's responsibility to clean up.

Broken Carts Customers should report damaged carts online at or call 630-CITY (2489).  It is important that the damage is described in detail so the hauler can determine if the cart should be repaired or replaced.  There may be a replacement charge if the cart is damaged due to misuse.

Lost or Stolen Carts  There will be no charge for a replacement cart if a customer provides a police report indicating the cart was stolen.  Otherwise, there will be a $65 fee to replace a missing cart.  Requests for new carts may be made online at or call 630-CITY (2489).
