Jan. 19, 2009, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Monday, Jan. 19.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Monday, Jan. 19.

Feb. 16, 2009, President's Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Monday, Feb. 16.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Monday, Feb. 1.

May 25, 2009, Memorial Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Monday, May 25.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Monday, May 25.

July 3, 2009, Independence Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Friday, July 3.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Friday, July 3.

Sept. 7, 2009, Labor Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Monday, Sept. 7.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Monday, Sept. 7.

Nov. 11, 2009, Veteran's Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Wednesday, Nov. 11.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will maintain normal operating hours. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11.

Nov. 26, 2009, Thanksgiving Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will not be collected on Thanksgiving Day. Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling normally collected on Thursday will be collected Saturday, Nov. 28. For those who regularly receive Friday collection service, residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual Friday, Nov. 27. However, appliances will not be collected Friday, Nov. 27.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26, but will resume normal operating hours Friday, Nov. 27. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, but will resume normal operating hours Saturday, Nov. 28.

Nov. 27, 2009, Day after Thanksgiving:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual on Friday, Nov. 27.

Dec. 24, 2009, Christmas Eve:

Dec. 25, 2009, Christmas Day:
Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will not be collected on Christmas Day. Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling normally collected on Friday will be collected Saturday, Dec. 26.

The Trail Ridge Landfill, 5110 US Highway 301, and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 2675 Commonwealth Ave., will be closed Friday, Dec. 25.
