Mobile Food Dispensing vendors shall apply for, obtain and clearly display all required State of Florida, and City of Jacksonville permits, licenses and business tax receipts for the temporary location of a mobile food dispensing vehicle vending area.
 
All applications are reviewed by the Neighborhoods Department Office of Consumer Affairs to assure compliance with Chapter 250.1201 of the Jacksonville Ordinance Code before submission to the Tax Collector’s office for payment.
