As Council President and pursuant to Council Rule 4.103, I am calling a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 117 W. Duval St., St. James Bldg., City Hall, to discuss pending ordinance 2007-813 (ORD Estab Consolidated Govt Budget for 2007-2008). I am encouraging and challenging all council members to submit suggestions regarding budget operating efficiencies.
