As Chair of the above-referenced Special Committee on JEA Franchise Fees, I am hereby calling a meeting for Tuesday, September 04, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in Conference Rm B, on the Fourth Floor, Suite 425 in the St. James Building, City Hall on 117 West Duval Street. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss 2007-838 to establish a JEA Franchise Fee.
