Notice is hereby given that Council Member Doyle Carter, Chairman of the RCDPHS Subcommittee to review Economic Development legislation will meet with Council Members Matt Schellenberg and Robin Lumb on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, City Hall St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL  32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following legislation:
