Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and at the request of legal counsel, the Council President hereby calls a shade meeting of the Council to be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 1:30 P.M. in Conference Room A, Suite 425 - 4th Floor, 117 West Duval Street, City Hall St. James Building, to obtain advice concerning settlement negotiations, litigation, and/or litigation expenditures regarding the following cases:
- Randall Wyse, et al, v. City of Jacksonville, Case No. 3:13-cv-121-J-34-MCR (M.D. Fla.)
Following the commencement of a public meeting, the City Council will move into closed attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes.
