City Council Special Meeting - Collective Bargaining Agreements

In accordance with the provisions of Council Rule 4.103, Council President Bishop hereby calls a Special Meeting of the Council to be held Thursday, September 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers, 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor City Hall St. James Building, for the purpose of considering and voting on possible ratification of the City's tentative agreements with two collective bargaining units: Local 122 (representing Firefighters) and the Jacksonville Supervisors Association (JSA). These agreements will be introduced on an emergency basis next week (September 25, 2012) for consideration at the Special Council Meeting on September 27, 2012.

The city employees affected by those contracts will be voting on ratification next week (9/25 for JSA and 9/24-9/26 for Local 122).
